Jul 31: 2nd Annual Pancake Run - a motorcycle ride / poker run supporting an Air Borne Infantry Rifle Company in Afghanistan. Ride is from 4:00pm to 7:30pm. Starts and finishes at The Original Pancake House 5530 Windward Parkway, Alpharetta. Riders get a T-shirt, promotional coupons from sponsors and local restaurants, opportunity to win $150+ in gift cards and prizes; all you can eat pancakes at the end of the ride, and the opportunity to support some real American Hero’s. Sep 4: Mountain Creek H-D Hosts HARLEY’S HEROES® MSO/DAV11:00AM to 4:00 PM        
Military veterans in the Dalton area can receive free counseling/assistance with government benefits when the 2010 Harley’s Heroes ™ Tour comes to Mountain Creek H-D.  Officers will provide benefits counseling to those veterans who suffer from service-connected injuries but may never have filed a claim for benefits or have found it difficult working with the VA.  FMI 706-370-7433.
